Owners Paolo and Janie bought "La Piazza" in July 2000 and have built up a strong reputation for supplying a high standard of food, with the emphasis on quality and consistency.  There is a wide and varied a la carte menu, and a changing "Specials Board" which generally shows a wide range of seafood dishes both as starters and main courses.

The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly and customers are frequently able to discuss their requirements directly with the Head Chef (Paolo).

Booking is advisable for Fridays and Saturdays
